By accessing and using WeatherToRun (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeatherToRun provides weather forecasting information, including but not limited to:

• Current weather conditions
• 12-hour weather forecasts
• Weather radar imagery
• Sunrise and sunset times
• Running condition assessments

3. Weather Information Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Weather information provided by this Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

• Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Weather conditions can change rapidly and without warning
• The Service does not provide emergency weather alerts or warnings
• Always check official sources (National Weather Service, local authorities) for critical weather information
• Do not rely solely on this Service for decisions involving safety, travel, or outdoor activities

4. Running and Outdoor Activity Disclaimer

Running condition scores and gear recommendations are general suggestions only:

• Individual tolerance to weather conditions varies significantly
• The Service does not account for your personal health, fitness level, or medical conditions
• Always consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any exercise program
• Use your own judgment when deciding whether to exercise outdoors
• Be aware of potential hazards including extreme temperatures, lightning, flooding, and poor visibility

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WeatherToRun and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Weather data is provided by third parties and remains their property:

• Weather forecast data: Open-Meteo
• Radar imagery: RainViewer
• Map data: Esri, OpenStreetMap contributors

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• Changes to third-party services or their terms
• Any interruptions or errors caused by third-party services

8. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. We do not control the content of advertisements and are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of advertised products or services
• Transactions between you and advertisers
• Any issues arising from third-party advertisements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

20. Emergency Situations

CRITICAL NOTICE: This Service does not provide emergency weather alerts. For severe weather warnings and emergency information:

• United States: Visit weather.gov or call 911 for emergencies
• Follow local emergency management authorities
• Sign up for official weather alert systems in your area

By using WeatherToRun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
